Link Leisure organises holiday schemes for 4 to 25 year olds.  The schemes are divided into 3 age groups:

Junior (4-11)

Teenage (12-17)

Young adult (18 - 25 and still in full time education).

Throughout the summer holidays Link Leisure had 3 summer schemes running for children, teenagers and young adults.  All three were a great success and everyone that attended had lots of fun and had the opportunity to take part in a huge variety of activities.  Below you can find out more about each scheme and have a look at some photos.

"We had between 20-26 children everyday from the 7th-25th August aged 4 - 12.  The children had a wonderful time! Using The Oak Tree School in St John's as a base, we went out and did swimming at The Meath School, Woking Gym Club, Wisley Gardens, Sherbourne Farm, Active Kids, archery, mosaic making and much much more!

We had the BEST helpers ever!  All the young people worked really hard and were excellent in their care/concern for all the children.  They made the scheme the success it was!  P.S. Even Greg surpassed himself!"

"The LinkZone scheme was very successful this summer with over 40 teenagers taking part in 3 weeks of activities which included canoeing, cooking a meal, raft building, decorating T-shirts and a trip on London Underground to the Science Museum.

Our dedicated team of helpers worked very hard all through the summer to provide a fun, exciting and secure environment for the teenagers attending the scheme, and everybody - including me - had lots of fun!"

Over the summer we had 8 days of activities for those on holiday from college.  Overall 20 people came along and did activities that they had chosen including Madame Tussauds in London, canoeing, pub, Thorpe Park, swimming, bowling and cinema.  It was a very relaxed scheme and we all had fun socialising and making new friends whilst trying new things together. We then had more activities over Christmas such as our Christmas shopping day, and our cinema night.  With the support of staff everyone was able to choose what they wanted to take part in and we are getting ready now for Easter scheme with canal boating, outdoor activity centre, swimming and Thorpe Park on the cards!!
